Tiramisu - but a little different

A not too difficult dessert, based on the regular tiramisu but adjusted to my chocolate addiction and a little more crispy.

Ingredients:

For the crust:
150 grams of biscuits, choose the ones you like
75 grams of butter / margarine

Crumble the biscuits (I used my kitchenmachine).
Melt de butter at moderate fire, it may not turn brown.
Mix biscuits and butter fast with a fork and put them in a greased cake pan. Press it real flat, use your hands. They can be cleaned.
Put the pan in the fridge for half an hour.

Or: prepare my chocolate cake and use slices to cover the pan with.
Or: buy a ready for use cake and use slices to cover the bottom.

Whatever you use, you can sprinkle a few drops of liquor (Tia Maria is very nice) over the crust.

For the mascarpone cream:
250 gr. of mascarpone
40 gr. vanilla sugar
10 gr. cocoapowder
the yolks of two eggs (maybe three, just check if the cream is well spreadable

Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and then add the cocoapowder. Mix well, the color should be equal. Add the yolks one by one.

Cover the crust with the cream and leave it in the fridge for at least three hours. Before serving you could sift a little cocoapowder over the mascarpone if you like.
